We believe, understanding the skills, experience and credentials required to fulfill the functional requirements of a position, is minimally important. We are certain that it is the personality however, that is the critical element in determining an individual’s success within an organization. We believe it is possible to understand an organization’s culture, and to determine a candidate’s ability to fit that culture, in an objective, quantifiable way. We strive to eliminate a client’s need to rely on “gut feel”. We utilize a set of personality assessment tools. We provide the results to the candidate as well as the client.

We understand there are those assignments, which require expensive corporate psychologists in order to more deeply evaluate an individual. We believe however, while every position does not require an expensive and in-depth personality assessment, every search should employ some personality assessment tools. Our tools are non-invasive, and the majority of the cost is included in our service.

We provide quality personality assessment products that allow clients to achieve the necessary insight to reasonably predict whether or not an individual will succeed in the client’s organization.

  • We are able to provide insight into how a candidate Aligns Values, and how that will match the client’s culture. Those values might include: knowledge, commitment, compensation, influence, empathy, comfort, and aesthetics.
  • We will provide insight into an individual’s Intellectual Capacity, including quickness to act, and general velocity or pace of their career.
  • We employ DISC Analysis. This tool provides insight into how an individual will work within an organization. It is our desire to gain insight into how they will work in a favorable or unfavorable situation, active or inactive environment.
  • We provide high-level insight into a candidate’s sense of his or her own Business Skills.We define those business skills as: Initiative, Creativity, Service, Integrity, Team Work, Leadership, Tenacity, Sales Aptitude, Ambition and Adaptability.
