Ken Daubenspeck founded Daubenspeck and Associates in 1982. His current client portfolio is both international and domestic. He was named among the “150 Most Influential Headhunters in the World” by Business Week.

Prior to starting Daubenspeck and Associates, Ken worked in the banking division at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and served in the U.S. Navy in the Nuclear Submarine Program. He graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management.

Ken serves as a Board Member of Oakton Community College Foundation as well as Junior Achievement of Chicago. He is an active member of The Association of Executive Search Consultants, The Society for Information Management, and The Economic Club of Chicago.
